More information at the Visit Trinity website. There is a good FAQ on that page about check-in, including late arrival details.

From the FAQ:

The Accommodation Office is in Front Square, House 10 to the left of the Chapel. If you arrive after the Accommodation Office is closed, please go to the Security Desk located in the archway at the College Green entrance to Trinity.

Front desk closes at midnight. All keys for late arrivals are passed to the security team at main Front Gate archway. They will be able to issue you with your keys and direct you to your room.

Event Morning

The event is located in Trinity College Dublin. It is in the Arts Building on the south side of the campus. The closest entrance is on Nassau street, (Google Maps Link), when you go in here, you veer to the right and you're in.

The speaker room is room number 3074. There are a number of stair wells in the main concourse/sponsor area, head up one floor and follow the numbering to room 3074.

Event Day

The whole event is on one floor and all rooms are along side each other. They are lecture theatures and quite big so overcrowding isn't going to be an issue.

AV connectivity is fairly standard with HDMI and lapel microphones. The power is an Irish plug, same as in the UK, so you'll need an adaptor if you're from outside UK/Ireland.

There is a volunteer squad who will take care of you during the session. This means responding to any AV issues, grabbing you water, and holding up a number of "minutes left" signs as you progress.

Event End

After the last session, the end of day raffle is held in one of the rooms where prizes are given out. You are free to enter the raffles using the barcode on your badge.

After raffles, there's an informal post-event drinks for all to join. The location is O'Neill's Pub, about 3 min walk from the event. Take the Nassau Street exit, turn right and walk straight for about 150 metres. We have a bar tab to cover a round for everyone, then you're free to stay on, or head off to enjoy Dublin any way you see fit.
